Complaints should be submitted in writing. We aim to acknowledge complaints within three working days and resolve matters fairly and efficiently.

MBSR Estates complies with the Tenant Fees Act 2019. Permitted payments apply in accordance with current legislation.

Client funds are protected through approved Client Money Protection arrangements.

We are committed to maintaining high standards and providing access to independent dispute resolution.

Identity checks are carried out where required to comply with Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
